Four New Artisan Preserves from Our Echuca–Moama Kitchen
At Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co., we believe jam should taste like fruit, not sugar.
That’s why every one of our preserves is handmade in small batches with 100% Australian-grown produce, using time-honoured methods and just the right touch of creativity.
Now, thanks to our newly opened Preserves Studio and Kitchen in Echuca–Moama, we’ve entered a bold new chapter—one we’re calling our flavour renaissance.
And it begins with four exciting new releases:
low sugar, gluten-free, vegan-friendly preserves that are full of character, colour, and honest flavour.
Cherry & Vanilla Rum Jam
Rich, indulgent, and a little bit daring.
Made with 75% Australian cherries, real vanilla bean, and a splash of black cherry & Madagascan vanilla rum, this jam is all about decadence. It’s thick, luscious, and just boozy enough to feel like dessert in a jar.

Raspberry & Coconut Jam

At our new Preserves Studio and Kitchen in Echuca–Moama, we’re able to honour the same homemade traditions we started with—but now with more space to fine-tune, innovate, and chase down every flavour idea we’ve ever dreamed up.
Each batch is still prepared and jarred by hand.
Each recipe is still refined in our test kitchen.
Each jar is still packed with real fruit and no preservatives.
This new space doesn’t make our process faster. It makes it better.
