Peach & Prosecco Fruit Topping (250ml)
This is what happens when peaches meet prosecco and neither is asked to behave.
Summer peaches have a certain confidence about them — fragrant, juicy, and impossible to rush. We take them at their peak, cook them gently until they turn glossy and spoonable, then finish the batch with a generous pour of King Valley prosecco to lift, brighten, and misbehave just enough.
This isn’t syrup and it’s not a sugar haze. It’s real fruit doing what real fruit does best: peaches stepping forward, prosecco adding sparkle, and suddenly even plain yoghurt feels like it’s been invited somewhere special.
Spoon it over ice cream and it behaves like the grown-up cousin of peach melba. Pour it onto pavlova and watch conversations pause. Swirl it through smoothies and it adds that unmistakable peach-skin perfume you only get when fruit hasn’t been overworked.
