Roasted Capsicum Ketchup
A smoky-sweet sauce that behaves like ketchup but dreams bigger.
One of our flagship products—and for good reason. Made with roasted red capsicums, apples, onions, malt vinegar and just a hint of chilli, it’s bold but not hot, full-flavoured and irresistibly moreish. The rich roasted capsicum flavour is rounded out with lime, black pepper, bay leaf and thyme. It’s got mellow heat and a whole lot of charm.
✨ Serving ideas:
- Level up wedges, veggie burgers, grilled haloumi or even grilled fish
- Serve with roasted lamb, crispy potatoes or herbed frittata
- Slather on sausage rolls or breakfast burritos for a brunch twist
- Mix through mayo or yoghurt for a smoky dressing or burger sauce
