29 Fantastic Uses for 'Quincey Jones' Jam... (other than bread or toast!)

  1. Make a jam smoothie by blending your favourite jam with milk, fresh fruit, and yogurt.
  2. Serve marmalade and cream cheese on crackers for a simple appetiser.
  3. Use the jam as a glaze for pork or chicken, or add it to BBQ sauce for extra flavour.
  4. Add a dollop of jam to plain cheesecake for a burst of flavour.
  5. Spread it between cake layers, such as a sponge cake or see our pavlova roulade recipe.

  7. Give homemade jam as a gift. This is a winner!
  8. Stir it into cottage cheese for a sweet and creamy snack.
