We collect contact information to notify customers of their orders and provide tracking information. We do periodically send a newsletter and offer exclusive discounts and products. By entering your phone number during account registration or in checkout or initialising a purchase, you agree that Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves may send you text marketing (for your order tracking, abandoned cart reminders & text marketing offers about our products only). SMS marketing messages will not exceed 3 per month and you can unsubscribe from further text messages at any time by replying 'stop'.
We will not share your information with any third party, sell it, or use it for product marketing without your separate consent.
Investor interest information
If you register interest in our equity crowdfunding raise via a Meta Lead Form, our website, or any other channel, we collect your name, email address, and any optional response you provide.
We use this information to:
- Notify you when our Expressions of Interest open
- Send you the offer document when the raise is live on Birchal
- Send up to three (3) follow-up emails relating to the raise
We share this information with:
- Klaviyo (our email service provider, USA)
- Zapier (workflow automation, USA)
- Google (Google Sheets — record keeping, USA)
- Birchal Limited (the licensed CSF intermediary hosting our raise — Australia)
We will not share investor-interest information with any other third party, sell it, or use it for product marketing without your separate consent.
Retention. We hold investor-interest data for seven (7) years after the close of the raise to comply with our record-keeping obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Your rights. You can unsubscribe from raise-related emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing admin@qjj.com.au. We will retain a record of your original registration for the audit period but will stop contacting you.

The Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. (“Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to QUINCEYJJPC or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
