Golden, aromatic and deeply satisfying, this beautiful Red Gum Honey is made by our friends Itzul and John of Te Amo Honey — producers we’ve admired from the very beginning. In fact, through our role with Echuca Farmers Market, we had the pleasure of welcoming Te Amo Honey when they first launched, and from the first taste we knew this was something special.
Sourced from bees foraging among the flowering River Red Gums along the Murray, this is honey with real sense of place — smooth, complex and full of warm bush character. It’s the sort of honey that turns simple toast into a minor event and a bowl of yoghurt into something worth lingering over.
