The demand for our Rhubarb Jam creations has been immense so in the interest of keeping everybody happy and intrigued we have created a new Rhubarb, Strawberry & Rose Jam. Spring time abounds with Rhubarb and it blends so beautifully with Strawberry and is enhanced by a touch of Rosewater.
This jam has a soft creamy texture and having it on morning toast alone will not be enough; your going to want to dig out the baking tray to whip up some scones to enjoy this one with over afternoon tea too!
As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)
Ingredients: Rhubarb & Strawberry (70%), Lemon Juice & Rind, Sugar, Rosewater, Fruit Pectin.
