Orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive for Eastern seaboard and SA and a just a little longer for WA and Regional QLD. We only use Australia Post Parcel Post for our deliveries and you can opt for express post (at a slight increase in cost) if you wish. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

All our preserves are cooked and jars sterilised to the highest Australian standards which means they can be shipped to any state or territory in Australia. This also includes overseas shipping too.

Returns Policy
Product excellence and customer delight is our top priority. If you have any issue with any of our products or there has been damage in transit, please Contact Us We guarantee we will resolve, exchange or refund any damaged or faulty items. We only ask that for any items damaged in transit you send through a photo of the item in question and also a photo of the shipping label. This can be done via email to orders@qjj.com.au or texted to 0403444259 In this way we can claim insurance and resolve the matter for you. Unopened items can also be returned in store for all items with 14 days of purchase. Refund or exchange will be offered.
