It’s still small-batch, still vinegar-bright, still packed with shallots and za’atar spice. But now? Now it’s got flair.
Za’atar is a fragrant Middle Eastern blend of thyme, sesame seeds, sumac and salt — it brings a lemony, nutty warmth that balances the tang of the vinegar and makes every crunchy floret sing. This is more than a pickle; it’s a flavour bomb for your plate. We think it's the best it’s ever been. And if you don’t eat it straight from the jar, we admire your self-control.
