Always delightful our Peach Jam is made with a whopping 75% fruit and includes a generous dram of Amaretto (Italian Almond Liqueur) for extra exquisiteness. This jam is a seasonal delicacy and the fruit is picked from local orchards nearby in the Goulburn Valley (VIC). We use the Amaretto to give a slight almond taste yet the alcohol component cooks off. Great for breakfasts, fruit scones and a must have in the pantry, the beautiful crimson-orange of this jam makes for a sunny alternative to regular berry based jams.
As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)
