This is an Early release of what has been a truly amazing revelation of a jam. Creamy rhubarb, soft yet crunchy pistachios and fresh orange blossom combine to create real majestic harmony. This jam will make you stop and notice. The flavour is intense yet perfectly balanced between the textural, aromatic and taste elements. We have been eating this on everything but we hold in it in high tea scones and jam esteem. Never before have we tasted a jam as amazing or mouth watering. This is an early special release as we are still waiting on our labels but we don't want to deprive you any longer to be able to try it.
As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)
